We all know and believe that there is no end to the diversity of this world and the people living in it. Whether it is the natural diversity of different parts of the world or the diversity of human food makes us curious enough to say each community has its own food habit that may be strange to others. Even we get to know a lot of such food which is never justifiable or healthy in general but its demand is quite enviable somewhere. Let us know the identity of such a food today.

Yes ,its the real picture of a cheese or better called cheese filled with insect that is our topic today and its a favorite among the people of sardinia ,Italy. This cheese is made primarily from sheep's milk, but it is not usually made in the process of fermentation , but this pecarino cheese is made in the process of decaying, so it is left open so that a fly called the "cheese fly" can sit over it and help in decaying. It is often believed that if you eat cheese with this live maggot or insect, you then understand its delicious taste. you may be surprised to learn that if an insect dies on this item, it is considered discarded.   

Naturally, the governments of many European countries, including that country, have banned its consumption because it is harmful to health, and it is not even legal to buy or sell it. Really it is difficult to understand human behavior and more difficult to understand his strange food habits.

এই পৃথিবী এবং তার মধ্যে বসবাসকারী মানুষের বৈচিত্র্যর শেষ নেই,এ কথা আমরা সকলেই জানি ও মানি।তা পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন প্রান্তের প্রকৃতিগত বৈচিত্র্য হোক বা মানুষের খাবারের বৈচিত্র্য হোক তা আমাদের যথেষ্ট কৌতূহলী করে তোলে।কথায় বলে 'আপ রুচি খানা' বা প্রত্যেকের খাবার রুচি এক নয়।কিন্তু এরকম অনেক খাবারের পরিচয় আমরা পেয়ে থাকি যা সাধারণভাবে কখনই সমর্থনযোগ্য না হলেও কোথাও তার চাহিদা বেশ ঈর্ষণীয়।আসুন আজ আমরা এইরকম এক খাবারের পরিচয় জানবো।

 হ্যাঁ ,আপনি উপরের চিত্রে যা দেখছেন তা একটি চীজের বা বলা ভালো পোকা ধরা চীজ যার নাম হলো 'কাসু মার্টজু ' যা ইতালির অন্তর্গত সার্ডিনিয়ার মানুষের কাছে এক জনপ্রিয় খাবার।মূলতঃ ভেড়া থেকে প্রাপ্ত দুধ থেকেই এই চীজ তৈরী হয়ে থাকে।তবে সাধারণত চীজ সন্ধান প্রক্রিয়ায় তৈরী হয়ে থাকে কিন্তু এই পেকরিনো  চীজ তৈরী হয় পচন প্রক্রিয়ায় ,তাই তা খোলা অবস্থাতে রেখে দেওয়া হয় যাতে ' চীজ ফ্লাই ' নামক এক মাছি বসে তার পচন ধরতে সাহায্যে করে।এমনকি এই জ্যান্ত ম্যাগট বা পোকা সহ চীজ খেলে তবেই নাকি এর সুস্বাদু  স্বাদ বোঝা সম্ভব । আপনারা শুনলে অবাক হবেন যে,যদি এই চীজে পোকা মরে গিয়ে থাকে,তাহলে তা বাতিলরূপে ভাবা হয়। 

খুব স্বাভাবিক ভাবে সেদেশ সহ অনেক ইউরোপীয় দেশের সরকার এর খাওয়ার উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করেছে কারণ এটি স্বাস্থ্যের পক্ষে ক্ষতিকর, এমনকি এর কেনা-বেচা করা আইনি নয়।এমনকি জরিমানা দিতে হতে পারে ,তা সত্ত্বেও অবৈধ পথে এর কেনা-বেচা আজও চলে আসছে।সত্যিই মানুষ বড়ই বিচিত্র ,আরও বিচিত্র তার খাবার-দাবার।
