Let's get acquainted today with someone who, being a highly educated engineer, has engaged himself in a profession that very few can dare to do. But there are some exceptional people who take their lives beyond the traditional path.

Kishore Indukuri is a man who quit his job at Intel, a multinational company in far away America, to sell cow's milk on the soil of the country.

Kishore Indukuri was born in Hyderabad and spent his childhood there. He later moved to the United States after graduating from Khargpur IIT with a degree in  engineering.From 2005-2011, he worked as a senior process engineer for the company.

But can a person who wants to match himself outside of a taboo life ever be held back in exchange for big money? So the Indukuri also came back to the country and he was the first to realize that there is a great shortage of pure cow's milk in our country even today. And milk is not only the diet of children but also the diet of many patients. So he first bought 20 cows with his earned money.

In a very natural way, he did not get the cooperation of everyone except his family in this new venture, but had to listen slanted talk from outside.However, he did not listen to them and at first he started selling milk by himself. Gradually, the business started growing and he continued to expand his business by buying more cows. At present, his company employs 120 people and he earns about 44 crore a year by selling cow milk.

Is not the story of such an exceptional person inspires us,what do you say about it.

আসুন আজ আমরা আজ এমন একজনের সঙ্গে পরিচয় করে নিই যিনি একজন উচ্চশিক্ষিত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হয়েও এমন এক পেশার সঙ্গে নিজেকে জড়িয়েছেন যা  খুব কমজনই সাহস করতে পারেন।আসলে আমরা সচরাচর দেখে থাকি একজন মেধাবী তার দেশী ও বিদেশী ডিগ্রীর কারণে বিদেশের মাটিতেই নিজের কর্মজীবন কাটিয়ে দেওয়াকেই উপযুক্ত মনে করে থাকেন।কিন্তু কিছু ব্যতিক্রমী ব্যাক্তি থাকেন যারা প্রথাগত ছকের বাইরে নিজেদের জীবনকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যান।

কিশোর ইন্দুকুড়ি এমনই একজন ব্যাক্তি যিনি সুদূর আমেরিকার বহুজাতিক 'ইন্টেলের' মোটা মাইনের চাকরী ছেড়ে দেশের মাটিতেই গরুর দুধের কেনাবেচা করেন।

কিশোর ইন্দুকুড়ির জন্ম হায়দরাবাদে,ছোটবেলা সেখানেই কেটেছে।পরে খড়্গপুর IIT থেকে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং পাশ করে চলে যান আমেরিকায়।ম্যাসাচুসেটেস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতকোত্তর এবং ২০০৫ সালে পিএইচডি অর্জন করেন।২০০৫-২০১১ সাল পর্যন্ত তিনি সেই সংস্থার সিনিয়র প্রসেস ইঞ্জিনিয়ার রূপে কাজ করেন।

কিন্তু যে ব্যাক্তি ছক বাঁধা জীবনের বাইরে নিজেকে মেলে ধরতে চান তাকে কী কখনো মোটা টাকার বিনিময়ে আটকে রাখা যায় ? তাই কিশোর ইন্দুকুড়িও দেশের টানে ফিরে প্রথমেই তিনি যেটা বুঝতে পারলেন যে আজও আমাদের দেশে খাঁটি গরুর দুধের বড়ই অভাব।আর দুধ শুধু শিশুদের নয় অনেক রোগীরই পথ্য।তাই তিনি প্রথমে নিজের সঞ্চিত অর্থ দিয়ে ২০টি গরু কিনে ফেললেন।

   

খুব স্বাভাবিক ভাবে তিনি তার এই নতুন উদ্যোগে নিজের পরিবার ছাড়া বাকী সকলের সহযোগীতা পাননি,শুনতে হয়েছে তির্যক কথা।যাই হোক সেসব তিনি না শুনে প্রথমে নিজেরাই দুধ দুইয়ে বেচতে থাকেন।ক্রমশ ব্যবসা বড়ো হতে থাকে।৬ বছরে তার দুধের গ্রাহক সংখ্যা দাঁড়ায় ৬ হাজার।ক্রমে আরও গরু কিনে তিনি ব্যবসাটা বাড়াতে থাকেন।বর্তমানে তার সংস্থায় ১২০ জন কর্মী কাজ করেন ও বছরে তিনি প্রায় ৪৪ কোটি টাকার ব্যবসা করেন।   

আশা করি এরকম একজন ব্যতিক্রমী ব্যক্তির পরিচয় আমাদের জীবনকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করবে।
