Today, the whole world is in turmoil due to corona.This horrible life has been going on for almost 2 years.Extreme uncertainty has come down in the lives of ordinary people. our country is no exception,the rate of infection is also quite worrying.But the flow of life should not be stopped.Many people have to go abroad for livelihood or business.So a 'traffic light' has been arranged for traveling to different countries from the international level.
Let us know today what is this 'Covid Travel Traffic Light System'?.With this system, the indicators of Covid status of a country are indicated in red, green and amber in these 3 colors. It also indicates the status of Covid post-vaccination and infection ratio of a country.It also indicates the measurement for following covid rules and duration required for quarantine.In regard to this system it is needed to say that only England is going to follow it.
Green traffic travel light:
In countries where very few people have been attacked in corona, the rate of death is low or the rate of vaccination is high fall under this category. Bulgaria, Malta, Singapore, Australia, Iceland, New Zealand lies in this area.peoples comming from these countries have to undergo RT-PCR test but they do not have to go for any quarantine except if their corona test is positive.
Amber traffic travel light:
Citizens of all these countries will have to prove their negativity through corona test before travelling to England.They will have to maintain a quarantine for 10 days and will have to undergo RT-PCR test on the second and 8th day of the tour. Greece, France, Spain and most of the European countries fall under this category.
Red traffic travel light:
Citizens of all these countries have to follow the same rules as the amber travel traffic lighting system, but they have to bear the cost for the quarantine period. It is not difficult to understand that this system is mainly for third world citizens.peoples comming from India, Nepal, Brazil, Indonesia, Pakistan,South Africa are being observed under this category.

কোরোনার দাপটে আজ সমগ্র পৃথিবী বেসামাল।আজ প্রায় ২ বছর হতে চললো এই বিভীষিকাময় জীবনযাত্রা।সাধারণ খেঁটে খাওয়া মানুষের জীবনে নেমে এসেছে এক চরম অনিশ্চয়তা।পৃথিবীর অনেক দেশে আজ কোরোনার দাপট আটকাতে টীকাকরণ শুরু হলেও অনেক দেশেই এখনো তার দেশবাসীকে টীকা প্রণালী সম্পূর্ণ করতে পারেনি।আমাদের দেশও তার ব্যতিক্রম নয়। সংক্রমণের হারও যথেষ্ট উদ্বেগজনক।কিন্তু জীবনের যুদ্ধ থেমে থাকলে চলবে না।তাই জীবিকার বা ব্যবসার প্রয়োজনে অনেকেই দেশের বাইরে যেতে হচ্ছে বা হবে।তাই আন্তর্জাতিক স্তর থেকে বিভিন্ন দেশে ভ্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে এক 'ট্রাফিক আলোর' ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।
চলুন আজ আমরা একটু জেনেনি যে এই 'Covid ট্রাভেল ট্রাফিক লাইট সিস্টেম' আসলে কী? এই ব্যবস্থার মধ্যে দিয়ে কোনো দেশের Covid পরিস্থিতির সূচক লাল,সবুজ এবং অ্যাম্বার এই ৩ টি রঙে সূচিত করা হয়ে থাকে।এর দ্বারা কোন দেশের Covid পরবর্তী ভ্যাকসিনেশন ও সংক্রমণের অবস্থাও কেমন তা বোঝানো হয়ে থাকে।শুধু তাই নয় বাইরে থেকে আসা কোনো বিদেশীকে কতদিন ও কেমন Covid বিধি মানতে হবে তারও উল্লেখ থাকে।এ প্রসঙ্গে একটি কথা বলে নেওয়ার দরকার আপাতত ইংল্যান্ড ভ্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে এই সিস্টেমটি চালু আছে।
সবুজ ট্রাভেল ট্রাফিক লাইট সিস্টেম:যে সকল দেশে খুব কম সংখ্যক লোক কোরোনায় আক্রান্ত হয়েছেন ,মৃত্যুর হার কম বা যে সকল দেশের মধ্যে ভ্যাকসিনেশনের হার খুব ভালো সেই সকল দেশকেই এই শ্রেণীতে রাখা হয়েছে।যেমন বুলগেরিয়া,মালটা ,সিঙ্গাপুর,অস্ট্রেলিয়া,আইস্ল্যাণ্ড,নিউজিল্যান্ড প্রমুখ।এই সকল দেশের যাত্রীকে প্রাক আর.টি-পি.সি.আর টেস্ট করানো বাধ্যতামূলক।তাদের কোনো কোয়ারান্টিনে ব্যবস্থার মধ্যে যেতে হবে না যদি না তাদের কোরোনা টেস্ট পজিটিভ হয়।
অ্যাম্বার ট্রাভেল ট্রাফিক লাইট সিস্টেম :এই সকল দেশের নাগরিকদের ইংল্যান্ডে ভ্রমণের পূর্বে Covid টেস্ট করে নিজেদের কোরোনা টেস্ট নেগেটিভ প্রমান করতে হবে,১০ দিনের কোয়ারান্টিনে থাকতে হবে এবং সফরের দ্বিতীয় ও ৮-তম দিনে আর.টি-পি.সি.আর টেস্ট করতে হবে।গ্রীস,ফ্রান্স,স্পেন সহ বেশীর ভাগ ইউরোপীয় দেশই এই শ্রেণীভুক্ত।
লাল ট্রাভেল ট্রাফিক লাইট সিস্টেম :এই সকল দেশের নাগরিকদেরও অ্যাম্বার ট্রাভেল ট্ট্রাফিক সিস্টেমের মতোই নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে,যদিও তাদের কোয়ারেন্টাইন থাকার জন্যে যে ব্যয় তা তাদেরকেই বহন করতে হবে।এটা মেনে নিতে অসুবিধা নেই যে মূলত তৃতীয় বিশ্বের নাগরিকদের জন্যই এই ব্যবস্থা।ভারত,নেপাল,ব্রাজিল,ইন্দোনেশিয়া,পাকিস্তান সহ আরো অনেক দেশই এই শ্রেণীভুক্ত।
